Orders of Service

To enable us to create an Order of Service, please take a few minutes to complete the details below. You can also attach any photographs or poems that you would like to include (please make sure they are of a high enough quality to be reproduced in print); if you don’t have them as files, please drop them into us, Tues-Fri 10am-4pm, at the address at the bottom of the page, and we will scan them for you.

Once you have submitted this form to us, we will create the Order of Service and then send you a proof version to check and make any changes.

PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer to speak to someone in person, then please call Double Click on (01244) 846 411 to make an appointment to visit us.

COSTS: For the design of we charge £35 for creating a 4-page Order of Service and £45 for an 8-page; the number of pages depends on how much content you want to include, and we will advise which it needs to be. For print we charge 70p per copy for 4-page and £1.40 per copy for 8-page.
